Airfield Farm Trip

Air BnB generously sponsored a trip for every class to Airfield Farm in Dundrum where the boys got to collect eggs, feed the hens, milk the cows and see the other animals. They were then given breakfast which included the eggs they collected and the milk from the cows. All classes had a great day out.

Yoga

The boys from 1st class to 4th have completed 10 weeks of yoga with their instructor Michelle Drury. The course was initially due to last for 5 lessons but we had to extend it due to its popularity. The boys loved it and we hope you like the photos of our flexible friends!

Tender Project

The boys from Mr Fahy's class were the first class in Ireland to complete a course in how to build healthy relationships. News2Day came to the school today to interview the boys about the project. We want to thank Arup for sponsoring the event. It was one of the best things we've ever done in the school and the boys learned so much about healthy relationships.

Arup volunteers have been working with boys from 2nd class this year in our Time to Read programme. The boys visited Arup today to thank the volunteers and receive their certificates. We want to thank Arup and the volunteers for making the project so worthwhile. Here the boys are in the boardroom!

Movie Stars

Some boys from Mr Fahy's class acted in a movie about life in Ringsend. The special film was made with local grandparents and was written by a writer in residence in The Ark Theatre in Temple Bar. We attended the movie's premiere just before Easter. The film is brilliant and very moving. The boys who acted in it did a wonderful job and a special mention must go to Reece who did a fantastic job...
