Tender Project

The boys from Mr Fahy’s class were the first class in Ireland to complete a course in how to build healthy relationships. News2Day came to the school today to interview the boys about the project. We want to thank Arup for sponsoring the event. It was one of the best things we’ve ever done in the school and the boys learned so much about healthy relationships.

Arup Visit

Arup volunteers have been working with boys from 2nd class this year in our Time to Read programme. The boys visited Arup today to thank the volunteers and receive their certificates. We want to thank Arup and the volunteers for making the project so worthwhile.

Here the boys are in the boardroom!

Movie Stars

Some boys from Mr Fahy’s class acted in a movie about life in Ringsend. The special film was made with local grandparents and was written by a writer in residence in The Ark Theatre in Temple Bar. We attended the movie’s premiere just before Easter. The film is brilliant and very moving. The boys who acted in it did a wonderful job and a special mention must go to Reece who did a fantastic job as narrator. Next stop Hollywood!

Our Lenten Garden

Catherine has been working hard with Mr Fahy’s class on our beautiful Lenten Garden. The boys have enjoyed working on the project and it has helped them focus on their confirmation preparation. Thank you Catherine for your dedication and hard work.
