11th of October 2019……….
All of the classes in St Patrick’s BNS took part in 10 at 10.
We all went
to the back yard to exercise. The girls school were doing it too. They put on
some songs like Shotgun, Roar and some other songs .We started off with some
waving of our arms in circles, both small and large. After that we were running
on the spot quickly. High knees in the air and jumping jacks, followed by
squats, boxing and moving our necks around in very small circles. Next we did the
plank where you stretch your back
(it hurts). After it we were tired, wrecked and sweaty. We do 10 at 10 for
physical education and to keep our bodies and minds fit and healthy.
